Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in law, intellectual property or related fields;

 

2. Understanding of and experience with intellectual property laws and issues, including trademark clearance, prosecution, and third-party proceedings;

 

3. Able and willing to work proactively and handle trademark cases independently;

 

4. Outstanding oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, as well as logical thinking; be delicate, earnest and practical with a strong sense of responsibility;

 

5. More than five year of relevant working experience in trademark practices or legal professional qualification is preferred.
