New Policy Released by China's Intellectual Property Office to Strengthen Patent Protection


The China National Intellectual Property Administration recently released a new policy aimed at further strengthening patent protection. The policy includes accelerating the patent examination process, increasing penalties for infringement, and supporting patent holders in enforcing their rights. EU Strengthens Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights


The European Commission has announced plans to intensify enforcement of intellectual property rights over the next few years. New measures will include stricter monitoring of counterfeiting and piracy, as well as collaboration with member states to combat transnational intellectual property crime. This initiative aims to protect the rights of creators and promote fair competition in the European market.
