Mr. Yang began his patent career in 1987. He is one of the first patent attorneys certified in China. Before joining Bairui, he worked for the Shenyang 606 Institute of China Aviation Academy as an engineer, mainly researching on large non-standard equipment. He used to work for Huangshan Science and Technology Bureau as the director of the Patent and Advanced Technology Department. Moreover, Mr. Yang also worked as a judge for medium-grade professional title and award for scientific and technological advancement in Huangshan. Years of practice helped Mr. Yang accumulate extensive experience in R & D and patent management.

Mr. Yang is highly skilled at patent prosecution in the fields of mechatronics, physics and medical devices. He has handled a large number of patent cases, including drafting, responses to office actions, re-examination, invalidation, patent search, etc. In his work, he communicates deeply with clients and sums up valuable experience constantly from work, which enable him to offer practical solutions and take care of various IP issues for clients.
