Mr. Jin acquired the Patent Attorney Qualification in 1994. Before joining Bairui, he successively worked for the Shenzhen International Science and Technology Development Institute Limited as the director of the Patent Intelligence Department and the Shenzhen branch office of China Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd. as a manager of the Patent Department. Mr. Jin specializes in Mechanical Automation, Automotive Engineering, Precision Apparatus, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Materials Science, Medical Device, etc.

Over the years, Mr. Jin has drafted and handled over 4,000 patent applications for many enterprises and groups including ZTE, Huawei, Tencent, Shijiren, Gold Power, GSD, TCL, Shenzhen Graduate School of Peking University, Landwind, Togogo, and Zhuhai Ninestar, etc. Moreover, he has handled more than 20 patent infringement litigation cases and succeeded in helping clients retrieve their economic loss of over 10,000,000 RMB. The cases included infringement processing of a tool company in Illinois vs. another one, infringement processing of Song vs. several companies about gamma knife, invalidation of Shenzhen Gold Power Technologies Co., Ltd. vs. Japan AVAVT Inc., invalidation of a clock & watch accessory company in Shenzhen vs. a large enterprise. Furthermore, Mr. Jin has published many papers such as The Basis of Determining the Scope of Patent Protection in Patent Infringement in the periodical named Patent Agency in China.
