Mr. Li obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering from Huazhong University of Science & Technology and a Master’s degree in Law in Southwest University of Political Science & Law. By virtue of his education background, he is proficient in electronics, telecommunications and law. After graduation, Mr. Li worked as a senior engineer at Zhejiang Wanji Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. and as the director of the IP Department in Hangzhou TC Communications Co., Ltd. Over the years, he has accumulated extensive experience in research and development of technology and enterprise IP management.

Since joining Bairui, Mr. Li has concentrated on patent prosecution in electronics, telecommunications, computer, automation and IT. His specialties include drafting patent applications, patent searching, patentability analysis, patent infringement analysis, patent infringement litigation, etc. So far, he has handled over 1,000 patent applications. Moreover, he has handled and supported a number of patent infringement litigation cases, assisting many clients to successfully protect their legal patent rights.
