Ms. Xu obtained a Bachelor’s degree in bioengineering and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Anhui University. Before joining Bairui, Ms. Xu worked as the director of the Technology Research and Development Department in Huatai Engineering Co., Ltd. By virtue of her educational background and extensive experience, Ms. Xu has gained wide-ranging and solid technical expertise.

Since joining Bairui, Ms. Xu has been extensively involved in cases in various fields including chemical engineering, polymer materials, genetic engineering, cytobiology, medical devices and precision machine. Ms. Xu is not only proficient in drafting patent applications, responding to office actions, re-examining refused patents, but also specializes in patent searching and patent infringement litigation analysis. She has extensive experience in handling complicated cases and therefore is capable of offering tailored advice on technical solutions and protection scope for clients.

Over the years, Ms. Xu has successfully handled over 800 patent applications and has supported many infringement litigation and invalidation cases to assist clients in protecting their legal rights.
