Mr. Zhao completed his studies in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and graduated from Macquarie University. During his overseas studies in Australia, Mr. Zhao joined several research groups and also conducted a lot of independent research. His main research areas lay in the fields of telecommunications, semiconductors, computational physics and so forth. In addition, he has an advanced level in English language.

Returning to China, Mr. Zhao worked for the CNIPA as an examiner. After that, he joined Bairui and served over 300 clients so far. As a qualified patent attorney, Mr. Zhao has rich experience in patent application drafting, OA response, patent search and patent reexamination, with specialist expertise in electrical and electronic engineering, in particular, control systems, digital processing, semiconductor device, etc. Moreover, he is capable of handling cases in information engineering and information technology. With his solid foundation in engineering and his stringent attitude towards work, he receives recognition and accolades from his colleagues and clients all the time.
